ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL Any upholstery orders that do not fit when being delivered will not be accepted for refund or store credit. We can arrange to have a breakdown service accommodate these issues, which is an additional cost based on circumstances.
ALL DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE / AS IS Any pieces that have been discounted for damage reasons or marked FINAL SALE are sold as is and cannot be returned or exchanged.
SHIPPED ITEMS We inspect every piece of merchandise before it leaves the store. Any items that have been shipped and are received in damaged condition must be refused at time of delivery by UPS or any other carrier. Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged item.
